Still the best in the area! Fresh fish, great Wednesday specials and awesome wait staff.

I sure enjoyed my meal here! I had the best gyoza ever! They tasted so freshly prepared. If they weren't, they sure had me fooled. They were delicious and tasty! My Florida Roll was great too! I wasn't to happy about the miso soup though. It tasted instant to me. The atmosphere is wonderful and clean. And there is a side for tepanyaki parties. I would definitely come here again. I have to admit that it was a little awkward upon entering since there was no one to greet me and I was facing the area where the sushi is prepared. No one said hello and I had to wait a few minutes until the hostess/server came out. I wasn't sure if should seat myself or what. But other than that, I enjoyed my meal and will definitely return, and bring friends!

A nice restaurant if you are seated on the sushi side. Being vegan, I don't recommend the hibachi side, as meat is cooked on the same hibachi grill top as the veggies. Also this thing about sitting at a table with an Asian dude slinging sharp knives around in the air, only inches from my head while I'm being oogled for whatever wierd reasons the strangers sitting at the SAME table are finding, doesn't exactly turn me on any... We ordered veggie sushi rolls; avocado & the mixed veggie rolls. They were so delicious! I liked them a little better than I liked the ones at the Wasabi Bowl just down the street, although the pink ginger at WB was 10 x's better than this places' ginger. Service coulda been a little more timely, especially when there was only one table occupied on the sushi side of the restaurant.....OURS... I will definately return for the veggie sushis.

I took my daughter here for dinner tonight. Excellent service and a seriously entertaining and awesome Chef. It was a slow Monday night but he was as engaging as if he had a full house. The food was fresh and delicious. The portions here are huge. Large enough for two to share. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best sushi in the port orange / daytona area. They actually get pricing and understand that 7 dollars for a cucumber roll is garbage. Their pricing is 3.50 a roll up to I think 13 for their really amazing specialty rolls. Service is on point, can't speak to the hibachi. Awesome awesome awesome job guys, keep it up.

Love Ginza. Had food at the teppan tble. As usual food and entertainment great. Wednesday is buy 1 wine or beer get 1. They also have excellent sushi. Would have given a 5 star, but the waitress seemed harried tonite and didnt get my second wine until i was almost done with dinner. A must go place

Ginza is my favorite sushi restaurant in the area. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other japanese restaurants. Their sushi rice is always moist and their sushi always chilled properly (I have had problems with other restaurants serving dry, room temperature/warm sushi). You get nice portions for what you pay. Hibachi is also nice. The show isn't much different than other japanese restaurants but the food is good. Their white sauce is amazing! Overall I think this is one of the best sushi joints in the area by far.

Yes indeed!! Good sake, Sushi and hibachi all in one place!! We were fortunate enough to also have one of the best and most entertaining hibachi chefs in the building...great experience!

I couldn't tell you how the food was. The waitress walked by me 10 times without acknowledging me. I figured they must not need my business too badly so I walked out.

Just left here while on our vacation in Daytona- my family and I really enjoyed our meals (hibachi dinners and sushi). The server was very attentive while the cook performed a few moves we've never seen at our hometown Japanese steakhouses. Just a couple things to keep in mind- The soup is onion soup unless you ask for Miso. The salad has an orange juiced dressing instead of the brown ginger sauce we're used to. You can ask for that instead as well. Definitely a must go-to!

Your typical hibachi restaurant, Ginza offers the same menu items as most and at an affordable price. I went for lunch and ordered the scallop hibachi. The portions were great and the white sauce they served was really, really good. With a lack of many choices of quality restaurants in PO this is probably one of the better hibachi places but nothing exceptionally stand-out about it.

I discovered this place not too long ago while craving sushi for lunch. It was a rather pleasant surprise especially for Port Orange which by no means is a foodie's paradise hence the 4 star rating. I tried both their sushi as well a their Teppanyaki. The rolls we shared were made with fresh ingredients and the presentation wasn't too shabby. I also had the steak & scallop hibachi and once again was very tasty. Large portions and good pricing. You can't go wrong with Ginza for overall value.

For the Port Orange area you can't go wrong with Ginza. The service was good and the prices for the sushi were cheaper then the majority in the area. The prices are especially cheap if your going to eat hibachi. The last two times I went there the prices got cheaper on the menu. If your going to take a girl there on a date its not the nicest presentation of a sushi restaurant since it is small and loud if crowded. Not to mention like I said earlier it is the cheapest I've seen in town so if your aim is to impress a new date its not the place to go, but on a budget this is your place.

Had the shrimp and scallops hibachi lunch. Very good food! Service is friendly and quick to refill drinks. Restaurant and bathrooms are clean! But most important, the food is amazing!

GREAT PLACE!! Great Sushi and Hibachi. I love going here for any occasion. There are a lot of different places in the area to go for sushi but Ginza is the best. The atmosphere is very friendly with music playing and very well decorated. The staff is amazing and will do anything to help make your dining experience better. They will talk and joke with you and go the extra mile. You can sit at regular tables, at the huge Hibachi area, or at the sushi bar and watch the magic. The Hibachi chefs are entertaining funny and very good with cooking the meal perfectly. I love the Filet Mignon and shrimp. My food is always cooked perfectly an there is always some leftovers for the next day. The sushi chefs are very talented. The sushi is delicious, whether its tuna, yellow tail, sweet shrimp, surf clam, salmon and so much more. They have a wide selection of regular rolls and a lot of specialty ones that they have created. The Daytona roll or the crunch tiger are delicious. They have sushi apps and kitchen apps. I always start with some tuna tataki, shrimp dumplings or seaweed salad. For dessert I always recommend and get the fried cheesecake. OMG its so good!

This is our favorite Hibachi place in the area it's best to go with friends as we did and share a few appetizers we enjoyed the fried rock shrimp the sauce is the best and the spicy yellow tuna roll. We all ordered the filet and shrimp with the fried rice, veggies and noddles cooked perfectly in front of us by an entertaining chef. The place can get a little loud on the grill side and you are always seated with strangers but consider it an opportunity to make new friends. There is always plenty of food and the service is good but a little slower than I would like but they do sell beer and wine (only) so that passes the time. The pricing for two ranges between $50 - $80 with a few beers and wine with appetizers. I consider 3 stars fair for this type of place we always come back they do have beer and wine 2 for 1 two nights a week :-)

We eat here probably once a week! We just love the quality of the sushi !! Best sushi and hibachi in the area by far!

Pretty good place! Been here a couple times now and so far nothing to really complain about.. The quality of fish here is not spectacular, but satisfying enough. I would come back again!

Whenever I'm craving sushi, this is the first place that pops in my head! The hibachi is amazing as well!

Incredible sushi!!! The Hawaiian roll is to die for, I literally crave it. Best sushi in the area by far!
